Vendors and Family and Supporters:

You are invited to apply for a vendor spot in the 2026 Berkley Reunion - the largest weekend reunion held in Norfolk, VA. This year’s festival scheduled for July 30-August  2, 2026, at the Berkley Park, Norfolk, music and Gospel Sunday.

The Reunion will again offer food vendor, display, retail and marketing sites this year, strategically placed on field, offering a mix of product categories. You are invited to submit your application as a concessionaire.

To be considered for one of our selective vendor spots, you must submit a completed application. The fee for food vendors is $475.00, for merchandise vendors $160.00 and display vendors $100.00. Payments will be processed when received. Payment of vendor fees does not constitute acceptance. Reunion Committee will notify vendors of acceptance status. Vendors not accepted will receive a refund of any fees paid.

Vendors who fail to participate once accepted will not receive a refund.
